Director’s Registration in MCA V3 Portal

Please be informed that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has mandated that every Director of a company register themselves on the government portal in their personal capacity as a business user and associate their DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) with filing any ROC forms.
Given below are instructions for setting up an account in the MCA V3 portal.

• Step 01. Open the provided URL and select the register option. https://www.mca.gov.in/content/mca/global/en/foportal/fologin.html
• Step 02. Select Business user under the User category.
• Step 03. Select the Director role under the User role and fill in PAN and DIN (Director Identification Number)
• Step 04. Fill in personal details (Name and Date of birth) as per PAN.
• Step 05. Fill in the address details in the respective fields.
• Step 06. Create a password and hint question and click on create an account.
• Step 07. Enter the two unique OTPs received in your registered mail and mobile number.
