Mr. Ramaratnam Sundar took over the reins of the audit firm in 1971 and has since
then grown the practice. While taking pride in a job well done, Mr. Sundar is well
known in the fraternity of “Auditors in Chennai” for his professionalism, outstanding
quality, and strong values.

He brings to his strong analytical ability coupled with strong principles of accounting and tax
law which has helped him turnaround several businesses. Mr Sundar has headed the firm for
several years with his specialization on Audit and Assurance and Project Risk Advisory. He
has also built a strong experience is servicing several large and medium SME clients out of
Chennai.

Over the years, he has believed in building deep connections with his clients and always
supported them both in the highs and lows of the business.
